Formula Error

HI,

Can some explain what is wrong with this formula please? it supposed to be green instead of gray. this is the only error on this sheet, all other rows work just fine.

I figured out.. one of the date was entered incorrectly Start date looks like correct but it's not. when I move my cursor to the date, it's showing June 1,0121 instead of 2021
