Formula
Hi All, cant get my formula to work - need my bottom table in brown to extract info from top table - so in top table there will be several entries with each of the names already in there - I need bottom table to calculate how many "count Asset" where done in July for "full inspections"

=SUMIFS([count assets]5:[count assets]17, [Inspection type]5:[inspection type]17, "full inspections")

Hi Sue, I had a column name incorrect. Try:
=SUMIFS([count assett]5:[count assett]17, [Inspection type]5:[inspection type]17, "full inspections")
