Conditional Formatting

I have never had this issue but currently I have conditional formatting set to make a cell 'red' if the due date is in the past. The date is calculated based on a formula from other cells but this is a date column. The conditional formatting will not work. I have several dates in the past and none are following the formatting set up. Is there an issue with formulas and conditional formatting? As I stated already, I have never had this happen especially on something so simple!

Have you checked the order of the rules?

Thanks! I am good except for this craziness! I removed all of my other rules and just went to the one that wasn't working first to try to correct it thinking I had something wrong. Below is a screenshot of my 'simple' rule. I just want the Baseline Data Due column to be red IF that date is in the past. Nothing else at this point. As you can see, there are several in that column that are indeed in the past.
