Hi,
In our company we frequently use the 'send row' function to update stakeholders. We now have observed a few times that the comments are not listed in an ascending or descending order in the email. The order of the comments is different from the order on smartsheet. The most recent comment is sometimes not listed on the bottom of the email.
This makes the send row via email function useless, as it would require the recipient to check the dates/times of all the comments to identify the most recent comment.
Does someone have an idea what the reason of this mix up of comments is and how this can be prevented in the future?
