How do i have my formulas carry over when a new row is inserted?
How do i make the Formula appear automatically on newly inserted rows ?

One way is to utilize smartsheet's 'Column Formula's' which do exactly what you are asking to do.
After inserting a formula in one cell in your column, RIGHT CLICK on that cell. At the bottom of the cell menu is the option to 'Convert to Column Formula'. The type of formula requires a specific format - no row numbers (use @cell instead) and no absolute references ($). Please note to edit the formula once it is a column formula you will need to RIGHT CLICK to access
