I am attempting to devise several sheets for office space reservations.

Right now I have a source sheet driven by a form then a roll-up sheet.

I'm trying to use index/collect to pull in the approved room selections. Right now it is working to pull in the names but I also would like it to pull in the times.

Any creative ideas to get this to work formulas-wise?
