Can smartsheet automatically tabulate scores?

Please advise if it is possible for the smartsheet to automatically tabulate scores? e.g. so the scores appear as percentages?

Actually we do not have any screenshots available, but let me explain what we would like to do:

We want to create a survey via smartsheet (smartsheet form) for the assessors to mark candidates (score: 1 to 5, 1 lowest; 5 highest). And for example we have 5 questions so 25 is the total mark. We would like the smartsheet to automatically convert the assessors' responses into percentages/the final score - please advise if that is possible? and if yes, how could we do it?

Percentages are measured in smartsheet as fraction of 1, for instance, 0.5 is 50%, 1 is 100%, if you can make the number of each response as a fraction of 1, then you just need to change the cell type to "%" in the buttons at the top, and that will show the fraction of your calculation.

I cannot give more specific steps because I'm lacking information of your columns, rows, form etc.
