Reports and dates

I need my report to pull two separate dates so 07/04/2021 and 20/04/2021

but if i choose the two dates it comes up blank

It should work if you click on the And on the right side and select Or.

Hi Andree, I have another question LOL

i need a formula that will ----- if corrective action is blank then RYG needs to be red and if corrective action is not blank then green ( I have tried if and cant get it to work)

Try something like this.

=IF([Corrective Action]@row = "", "Red", "Green")

Hi Andree,

Another query - I think i am asking for a small miracle :-)

I need the formula to say - IF Action Taken is blank then Status reads "no Action required" BUT if Action Taken is not blank then status to read "Resolved"

IF action require is blank then status must read "no action Required

If action required id not blank and Action taken is blank then status must read "Open"

If action required is not blank and action taken is not blank then status must read "Closed"
