Getting an Alert when an automated update request is answered

Good evening all,
I have an Update request automation in place that is sent to a client (who doesn't have access to sheet). They are able to open the email, retrieve the specific data from columns I specified, and are able to upload the proper files to the row I need those files to permanently reside. To this point everything is working perfect, BUT I am not being alerted when these files are uploaded. Ideally, I would need multiple people notified when this update request is fulfilled.
I have been digging for a while now and not finding how to do this. What am I missing? Thank you in advance
Jeremy

Hi @J Smith
I hope you're well and safe!
To add to Bassam's excellent advice/answer.
You could add a step in the automation that records a date or changes a value combined with a condition to check if the date or value is empty, so it only triggers for the first attachment.
Make sense?
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

@Bassam Khalil Thank you for taking a look at this with me. I did see that option but what I need to avoid is when we add more files to that row down the road it will be confusing for this automation to continue to send alerts. Am I understanding the automation properly? Would it continue to send these alerts or just the one time?
Thank you so much for your help!

Thank you @Andrée Starå & @Bassam Khalil Your suggestions did make accomplish my goal.
I am hopeful that some day the automation will have better/more or "smarter" options so we don't have to use so many hidden comuns.
