Automated Alert - Send To Contacts In a Cell

Hello Smartsheets Community!

I have set up a simple automation to alert a contact in a cell that when a particular task within a project plan has been marked 100% to alert the contact in the assigned to cell. I tested out the automation by assigning someone to that particular task and they did not get the automation. Does anyone know why?

Below are screen shots of the automation and then one screen shot showing the task that is the condition is marked 100% and there is a name in the assigned to column (which is a contact column).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey Anthony,

I believe the problem is on your condition block, as you can see you have it where the automation will only run if the task "contains" and then the text, because you used contain, you had to type or copied and pasted the text on the textbox value, there might be something different between that text and the text on your sheet, i would recommend you to use the "is one of" and then pick the value from the dropdown list on your condition block. That should get your workflow going, let me know if that worked for you.
