Hi,

I've an issue on Smartsheet Forms. I created a form and I'd want that the compiled fields will be insert in a new project with allocated tasks so I can automate the activities and set some alerts.

Can you help me?

Do you want to create a new sheet from the form?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Hi,

the form I shared is only an example. Our need is to share a similar form to our collegues and to ask for its completion. The goal is to have the answers of our collegues in a sheet with parent and children records so we can automate the related activites with owners and due dates.
