How do I access the link to embed a Smartsheet Dashboard?
Hope you are well. Open your dashboard and go to File --> Publish and the 'Publish Options' pop-up appears:
Select 'Get link' and copy the Embed Code (example below) and paste it into your "Embed" web part on your sharepoint site.

Hi @Sing C the above gives me an error when I try to publish the embeded dashboard that has Calendar App :(
Hi @Agata OKeeffe
I've responded to your other post, but I'll post here in case others are seeing the same thing:
Two things to check!
First, try using the Calendar App's Publish link to embed the Calendar App on your Dashboard in the Web Content Widget.
Secondly, the Calendar App uses a different domain than Smartsheet's app; you may need to reach out to your IT department to add the Calendar App as an approved domain in your Sharepoint instance.
Both URL: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/publish
and URL: https://calendar.smartsheetapps.com/calendars/published
How can I embed a smartsheet into SharePoint without the user having to log in to see it? Has anyone done this?
Hi @Map Guy,
Can you clarify - do you mean without having to log into Smartsheet or SharePoint?
If you mean Smartsheet, have you followed the steps I suggested to MJ215 above? This should work. A publish link doesn't require a user to have a Smartsheet account or to log in to Smartsheet if they have an account.
If you mean SharePoint, that will depend on your internal IT policies and how SharePoint is setup and configured. In our organization, SharePoint requires logging into our corporate domain (as with any other Office 365 Enterprise product). From there, every SharePoint portal within our domain is accessible without the need to log in to each one individually.
I hope that helps.
Let me know how you get on.
I have created a Data Shuttle upload, with no filters, to replace rows on my Smartsheet destination sheet. I discovered that all rows were not being added to the destination sheet. Debugging narrowed the problem down to the contents of one column. In Smartsheet, the column is formatted as Text/Number. In Excel for testing,…
When I use Data Shuttle to import data to a sheet, it keeps adding a ' in front of the numbers which turns them into text and not numbers. For example, $23.50 turns into '23.50 when imported through Data Shuttle. The original excel file itself is formatted correctly. Anyone know how to fix this?
We are considering upgrading to Advance, and I have questions about Bridge capabilities: Our project blueprint includes multiple reports that pull entries from master logs based on the job number. This means that our admins have to add the job number to every single new report filter when they set up a project. Can Bridge…
