COPY ROW workflow - Not working

I built a template set that worked wonderfully. I copied the template set and now the copy row function I had on one of my sheets does not work anymore. I redid the workflow to ensure it was linking to the correct sheet. the workflow is still not working.

@Jessica Abbey did you check the target sheet (audit action plan) and make sure the copied row is not down at the bottom? Sometimes this happens.
