Receipts for past notifications/updates

Hey folks - is there a way I can view past notifications that have been sent through Smartsheet system? When I go into page history I cannot see any record of past automation/notifications sent through the sheet.

To expand on this:

I have a workflow setup for a purchase order process:

1.) User fills out form and submits PO request

2.) User 2 reviews PO, and approves for purchase

2A.) <Update Request sent to purchasing> with information of PO request and requests to enter PO number and attached copy of PO PDF. Upon completion, step 3 below:

3.) Original submittor, reviewer, creator, and vendor all receive an alert notification of the "completed PO" through Smartsheet. The workflow is shown below. Is there a way I can see a log of THIS workflow somewhere? Im trying to find record of a past-sent notification but cannot find that anywhere.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
