IF {NAME} in List Than "YES", "NO"

Hello smartsheet Community,

I have to lists:

1. list: everyone can put his information on it
2. list: is a contact list which shows special persons

I want to put a column in the first list, which says, if the submitter is a part of the 2nd list.

I tried it with IF- and INDEX-formular, but its not working. about your help I would be very happy.

Here's the formula structure for INDEX/MATCH.

=INDEX({ColumnWithTheValueYouWantToShow}; MATCH(CellThatHaveTheValueToMatch@row;

{ColumnWithTheValueToMatchAgainsTheCell}; 0))

Depending on your country/region, you'll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.
