Summary Report Pulling From Only 2 of 3 Sheets

I'm trying to create a summary report from three sheets. I created my summary field in one sheet and copied it over to the other two. My filter for the report is based on the created date being in the last 7 days. All three sheets have data with a created date in the last 7 days, but it's only pulling the data from two of the sheets and not the third.

What could be causing this?
