Highlight rule/Conditional Format?

Is there a way to highlight a row that hasn't been edited after a certain period of time?

Try the below setup. Of course with a helper column added you can make this more sophisticated.

Thanks @Leibel S, but I don't understand how/where I select 'Modified'? Do I create a new column first?

Modified in my sheet is the system column (add it to your sheet if you don't have it already).

Thanks @Leibel S. I added 'Modified' as my primary column, but don't seem to have the options above for conditional formatting. Can you please be more specific with your guidance?
