Identify cell instance count
Answers
-
Hello,
I used the below formula in a Smartsheet to count the instances of a value and it worked perfectly. I have a second sheet were I am now trying to use a vlookup to pull in the highest instance of that product.
=COUNTIFS(Product:Product, @cell = Product@row, [Auto-Number]:[Auto-Number], @cell >= [Auto-Number]@row)
Example:
Sheet 1
Product A Instance 1
Product A Instance 2
Sheet 2
Product A —> Instance 2
Could someone help?
Thank you!

@Jen K. Are you able to provide some screenshots for context (sample data is fine)?
