#UNPARSEABLE for this formula

I have the following Formula in Smartsheet that is returning an UNPARSEABLE error but it works in Excel. I'm assuming this is a syntax error but I'm at a loss to know what's causing it.

Smartsheet:

=IF(AND([Assigned Partner]:[Assigned Partner]= "ABC"), [Campaign]:[Campaign]="Leads Q4"),COUNT([Campaign]:[Campaign]))

Excel:

=IF(AND(D:D="ABC",E:E="Leads Q4"),COUNT(E:E))

Any thoughts?

Try something like this instead.

=COUNTIFS([Assigned Partner]:[Assigned Partner], "ABC", Campaign:Campaign, "Leads Q4")
