Have a specific dropdown trigger a date in a specific date column

Hi, Am i able to have a changed dropdown status column enter a date in a specific date column

For instant:

when Shop Manufacturing Status changes to 26___Completed and Shipped

then automatically Trigger a date in the Completed and Shipped Date Column
