Equipment and tool Sign out and return

Hi all,

I am looking for a solution for our engineers to sign out/in, tools and equipment.

This way we can keep track of the company tools and see who has the tools/equipment in their van.

This will prevent loss of equipment in the company.

we have a list of what tools are in the store so they could select what tools they are taking and then sign it back in when returned.

@Andrée Starå Looks like this will work, I'm just not sure how to set up the form for signing equipment out and back in? there is 1 template form, but it's to add a new asset.

How do i do a form that signs a certain asset out?

@Andrée Starå Sorry to bother you again, I have set this sheet up although im unsure if the engineers could use it to sign out and in the equipment themselves, the form is there to add a new asset but unsure how a form would work for signing out and in the asset from a certain engineer, any help would be appreciated.
