How do I remove or change the 'via Smartsheet' sent through automated emails?
I am sending an email to a third party and need it to appear direct from the company. The via SmartSheet may seem like a confusing addition when they've been conversing directly with company.

Which Smartsheet Plan do you have?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

The specific sheet info I don't think is too relevant. It's more of a general question regarding the capability to remove the 'via SmartSheet' from being visible to the recipient of autogenerated email. Currently the format for the author is 'Hannah Tawn via SmartSheet' whereas I'd like to remove the 'via SmartSheet' or at least change it to make it appropriate to my company. This is key as it is a workflow that flows internal to external. Is this something that can be changed or removed entirely?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment
Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
- I haven't tested this yet, but one option could be the Custom Email Domain if you have Enterprise or higher.
