Help w/Change Cell function

Hi team - I have a column (Entry type 1) that I want to change to Best Practice (drop down selection) when Best Practice Delivery Area 1 is not blank.

I created this workflow but it will not change Entry type 1 to Best Practice, it just remains blank (see above). What am I missing?

@Andrée Starå - I provided screenshots of the workflow and the actual columns I'm trying to influence/change.

Is there something more specific you need? Unfortunately I cannot share outside of my organization's domain.
