I had a similar issue, but my emails didn't have a standard format. The formulas mentioned in the replies above work for cases with a delimiter between names. In cases like markmarketing@email.com for example, when there is no clear delimiter, getting the first name can get tricky.
In theory, the formula would need to extract one character at a time to form a string. Then run the string after each iteration through a list of common names like the Name Census by using the VLOOKUP function until it finds a match. And this needs to be done from both sides of the character string before @ sign, because email could be in last name - first name order.
All that complexity can make the sheet messy, so I eventually gave up. Hired a developer in the end to make a custom tool that does this. I made it open to public for free if anyone needs it: https://www.authorityhacker.com/email-name-finder/

@Bassam Khalil one question - i have some emails that have a number at the end of the surname - for example alcides.fialho2@ZZZ.com - how could i remove the numbers at the end of the surname ? (i have no more numbers no where)
