hi Guys, me again, need a formula to count my netdays if Pass/Fail is a fail..... if a pass do nothing

=IFERROR(IF([Pass/Fail]@row = "No", NETDAYS([Date of Audit]@row, 
[Date Action Complete]@row), ""), "")
