Formula help for graphs with data that "contains"....

How do I make a graph with data set from a list of dates that is greater than 12/31/21, less than 01/01/21, and then between )1/01/21-12/31/21, from a list such as this

07/29/22

12/31/20

01/29/21?

I know the contains formula but this is to capture all dates prior to 2021, during 2021, and after 2021?

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the source data as it is and then another screenshot of some manually entered data that reflects what you would like the formula(s) to accomplish?
