IF and Statement for Color Statuses.

I'm trying to format rows to a yellow color when ‘Date Sent for Review’ and ‘Sent’ status are greater than 10 business days. How do I do this??

Create a Checkbox column with the formula:

=AND([Date Sent for Review]@row < TODAY() - 10, Sent@row < TODAY() - 10)

And use conditional formatting (my column is called Test):
