Invalid Value for Index/Match

Hello,

I found an earlier post regarding indexing with duplicate values in the lookup column (List) and managed to get the results few weeks ago but now it's showing Invalid Value (after I have removed IFERROR). I can't seem to find the post anymore.

Any idea why the formula is not working?
