Incorrect Argument Set when using Networkdays

Hello, I try to calculate a working day date based on a given start date and adding 5 business days.

I am using this formula but keep getting an error.

Please advise.

=NETWORKDAYS([Campaign Start Date]@row + 5)

You need to have two dates for it to work.

Need: Add 15 business days to a given date (already in the sheet) and output a business day?

You'd use the WORKDAY function for that.

Follow up questions

1. Does conditional formatting that counts days (highlight to red if more than 5 days out) count business days or calendar days?
2. Does WORKDAY account for my sheets set holidays or do I manually have to exclude each holiday outside of weekends in the formula itself?
