Counting Multi Select Drop Down Data in grid

I have a ticketing system for guest responses in a satisfaction system. While I read the comments, I'm manually assigning over arching buckets based on that comment - e.g. Cleanliness, Maintenance, Service, Condition, billing, facilities, etc. I probably have 40 + buckets based on comments.

I'm looking for a way to create a report or use it in a Dashboard for senior leadership. Ideally a graph would be involved. People understand pictures better.

You would need to create a separate metrics sheet and use COUNTIFS formulas with cross sheet references to count how many instances of each of your choices occur.
