IF/AND statements in Smartsheet with unparseable error

Yes, I did and it still does not update to the correct sheet.

The correct sheet, or the correct sheet name?

The reference in the formula opens the correct named sheet but when the disclosure name column is selected in the correct sheet name, it returns the reference with the incorrect (previous) sheet name that no longer exist.

Ok. It sounds like maybe there is a glitch on the back-end, but the name of the reference should not affect the formula.
