Contact List with Update Automation
Hi,
I have a contact list column that we are using to automatically request updates. However, when adding emails to the contact list, we have some contacts that change to a pre-saved nickname, and those individuals are not receiving the update request. Is there a rule that is causing this or a way to keep the field as the email?

First I would ensure that every Contact List Value is associated with an Email Address (by double clicking on the Cell Value). If they are setup correctly, but some Users may not be Shared to the Sheet or added within your Organization's Smartsheet Account, review your Automation Permission Settings and set it to the correct permission accordingly.
