I need to match a price across different columns from another sheet that contains correct pricing. Can you please help me to create and index match formula?

My data looks like below

I tried to create one but got error message

=Index(collect,([Part Number]@row,[Sales Person]@row,[Key Account]@row,{Resale Range 1},1])

=INDEX({Reference Sheet Price Column}, MATCH([Part Number]@row, {Reference Sheet Part Number Column}, 0))
