No options for selection of destination sheet to copy rows with automation

Trying to copy rows across sheets across workspaces (both of which I own) but when I go to select destination sheet nothing show up, blank screen.

Any thoughts on what I may be missing here?

Hope you are fine, did you try to copy the row by using workflow or by using direct order in the Row dropdown menu?

Hi Bassam, I can copy the over fine directly from the row - when I try to do via a workflow is when I am running into this issue.

I had this problem today, and finally figured out what was going on!

Both you and the Owner of the source sheet must have Owner or Admin privileges on the destination sheet. Makes sense - that way the source sheet Owner doesn't lose access to data that's moved.

If the screen is blank when you go to select the destination sheet, it's likely because you and the sheet Owner don't both have Owner/Admin access to any other sheets.

I am having the same issue. I am admin on the source sheet and owner on destination sheet. However, the destination sheet does not appear in my drop down list of available sheets. Can anyone tell me why?

Is the current owner of your first sheet shared as an Admin on your second sheet?

Thanks for clarifying! The reason your second sheet isn't showing up as an option is because the current owner isn't shared on it.

Both you and the owner need to be on the destination sheet. Here's the Help Article with more information: Automatically move or copy rows between sheets

The sheet picker for Copy or Move row workflow actions has been updated; instead of seeing a list of all your current sheets, you'll need to use the Search bar to enter a keyword or full name of the sheet you're looking for in order to have it appear.

Let me know if you're still having trouble after entering the full sheet name + clicking "enter"!

I'm trying to set up the same workflow for several different destinations. I'm the owner on all sheets, and I was able to get this set up earlier today. Right now, I'm not able to find ANY destination sheets.
