Hi @AmrKamel
This type of error is related to the SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) service that your organization uses. You can see in the error message it says "SAML response reported an IdP error."
This indicates that the likely cause is that your profile in the Identity Provider (IdP) being used to authenticate your information has not yet been added or needs to be updated.
To resolve this, you'll need to partner with the IdP admin or your IT department in your organization to ensure your profile information is present in the IdP.
See: SAML Frequently Asked Questions and Common Errors
If your IT department has confirmed that your profile information is present and correct in the idP, please contact Smartsheet Support with a screen capture of this issue and the email address you are using to access Smartsheet.
Cheers,
Genevieve
