Countifs Calculation across multiple different types of columns.
Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. I want to count each column that is either checked or has a date in it greater than year 2021 and then multiply by 0.25 to get my % complete of all for activities being input...
I keep getting #Unparseable.

Looks like you have an extra parenthesis after your first range, criterion pair and also are missing a closing parenthesis before your "*0.25" term. By the way, you don't need to put the individual criterion in parenthesis... That would help make your formula clearer.
