Formula to show Health of opportunity based on 2 status columns and due date

I'm trying to write a formula that will change the Health column to B, G, Y, R depending on status of 2 columns and the due date.

When the OPP STATUS is Closed/Won, the SETUP STATUS and the START DATE will determine the color indicating the health of the opportunity.

I am grateful for all of the help I have received from this forum. Thank you!

Try something like this.

=IF(OR([OPP STATUS]@row = "", [SETUP STATUS]@row = "", [START DATE]@row = ""), "", 
IF([OPP STATUS]@row <> "Closed/Won", "", 
IF([SETUP STATUS]@row = "Complete", "Blue", 
IF([START DATE]@row >= TODAY(20), "Green", 
IF([START DATE]@row < TODAY(18), "Red", 
IF([START DATE]@row < TODAY(20), "Yellow")))))) 

(I've assumed that you wanted it to show Green when the Start Date is 20 or more days out)
