=COUNTIF({Survey Intake }, <5>2


Hey Guys i am trying to do a formaula that will count figures in a column but need to count all numbers between 5 and 2

so all numbers 3 and 4

    =COUNTIFS({Survey Intake }, AND(@cell < 5, @cell > 2))

    Thank you that worked perfectly !!! can I ask you to explain the formula so I can understand why it has to be done like that.... that way if I understand why then I will be able to replicate it in another sheet requirement in the future

    The @cell Function is to check the range cell by cell, and we use AND function to cover your criteria.
