Complete newbie here on SmartSheets, I've watched some tutorials, but seem to be missing something on the the conditional formatting.
Basically we have phases for my team to move a deal from one phase to the next.
Within each phase we have a due date of when this deal should move to 6. Account Management.
What I am trying to see is how I can clearly identify when a deal is past due.
I tried to make it work, and I can see it in the Grid view -- however I'm hoping there is a clear way to identify this in the card view.
Any thoughts here? I'm sure i'm missing something obvious, I'm just not the most technical person with formatting rules and automation, so hoping for a lifeline here!
