I would love to use what we have built in Capsule and use them here at Smartsheet.

My main question for now is this...

Is there a way to automate a start date/due date based on me clicking "done"

For example once the Email Clinic for set up call is clicked DONE, I'd like to have a due date of 7 days after it was clicked done. This would enable us to be reminded after x amount of days to contact customer if need be for followup. Of course we could do that manually -- but it would be amazing if it could automate those due dates if possible.

If the way I have set it up doesn't look right, please let me know.
