Help, can get my formula to work with one set of cells but not another


=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()), MONTH(DOB@row), DAY(DOB@row)) - works fine

=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()), MONTH(Start Date@row), DAY(Start Date@row)) - wont work #unparseable error


Why, what am i doing wrong

    Hi Andree


    I want to create a report for management, alerting them to long service leave - so wanted to cerate the start date in to a "this Year" date and then with a report i can report those staff who have a start anniversary coming up and will show their years years of service in same report
