How do I get more than the primary column field to show up in calendar view / ical?

I am trying to get the employees who schedule off on the calendar but the primary is the only thing I can get to show up. Any work arounds?

You can use the JOIN function or similar to collect multiple values to the Primary and show them in the calendar.

I do not see a JOIN function option in our Smartsheet. Please advise.

The JOIN function eliminates the Task Name when joined with the other fields I want to move over to the Outlook calendar. Is there another function that will incorporated the other columns without writing over the task name?

Unfortunately, I'm either doing something wrong or Smartsheets doesn't support the JOIN function. Here's a screenshot. I was able to get it to work, but it would overwrite the Project Name, which doesn't work for us.

Any help getting this right would be greatly appreciated.

Happy to help!

To include the Project Name, you'd have to add another column and copy it over from the current one, and then you'd use the JOIN or + to put everything together as you need it in the Project Name column (Primary)

Why won't it let me duplicate the formula for adjacent rows??

So weird that it won't let me use the same formula in a different row.

Double-check the other cells on that row for any formula that references a cell in the same range.
