Query
I created a query and it works great the only problem is I would like to hind the query behind a check box selection. Currently the query is next to the check box column. Is there a way to check the box on my sheet and the form open automatically and auto filling the cells that I created in the query?

Would you be able to post a screen capture of your sheet, and copy/paste the formula you are using? (But please block out sensitive data).
It sounds like you may be able to set up multiple Change Cell workflows, so that when the box is checked on the row, the workflow automatically updates data in certain columns. See here for more information: Change the Value of a Cell in an Automated Workflow
