Symbol in formula

I am trying to tie a form sheet into another sheet that has a check mark.

I want to set up a range on the form sheet to change the arrow symbol on the data sheet.

Example: on the form sheet there is a column that I have linked to the data sheet this column is an average of the score from the form "Summary Score". in the data sheet I want the arrow to display if the value of the "Summary Score" is <1.5 arrow up should appear, if average is <2.5 sideways arrow and if the average is arrow down.

I sent you two invites one for the main sheet and the other is for the form summary sheet that I would like tied into the main sheet and change the direction of the arrows in the report Card column.
