How to do a Pivot Table without the Pivot App

I'm currently importing an excel file via Datashuttle on to a sheet for the sales team to confirm reward payments to partners with fortnightly updates.

I do though need to identify the partners that are close to their yearly "reward Cap" and was planning on sending this via a Metric Sheet to a Dashboard.

Any thoughts on how I can do this without the Pivot App? Current Work around is a report but that doesn't allow for automation.

Any ideas?

Can you provide some screenshots of what you currently have and then manually entered data that shows what you are wanting to accomplish?
