Keeping count…in three different places

I hope I’m asking this question right…here we go. I’m attempting to create an inventory log where users can add or transfer items from and to one of three locations. The problem I’m running into is this:

1. The amount of items that can be added or transferred between sites are numerous and I’m trying to think of the most efficient way to show those numbers. So for instance. We have 3 items at location one and need to move 1 of them to location two. What’s the best way to reflect the change in inventory at location one (-1) and location two (+1)?

Hope you are fine, you can create 3 sheets each one represent one of your sites and you can create main summary sheets for counting and monitoring.
