Project Progress
1- How to show up the total progress of the project in the DASHBOAD?
2- How to add Formula in the Project Plan sheet to calculate automatically the status of the task by percentage progress, For example, if the task is not started, it will show automatically in the cell as 0%, if in progress 50% if it completed 100%.

Right click on the cell in the metrics sheet that you want to pull the % Complete into then select "Link from cell in another sheet". In the new pop-up window, select the project plan, click on the cell within that sheet that you want to link to, then click on "Create Link".

You could use a Metrics widget to display the overall % Complete on the dashboard. If you have dependencies enabled, then you will not be able to use a formula in the % Complete column, only free text. But you could do the reverse and automate the Status based on the percentage.
=IF([% Complete]@row = 0, "Not Started", IF([5 Complete]@row = 1, "Complete", "In Progress"))

The formula didn't work, I just need to reflect the % completion to the Metrics sheet.

Do you need the % Complete on a dashboard or on a different sheet? Your original post indicated dashboard.
When you say the formula "doesn't work", are you getting an error or an incorrect output?

If the need for both, please let me know how?
Basically, I have a Project with two Phases, each phase has tasks that need to be complete, to complete the whole project, in case of display the progress of each Phase and the whole project I need to reflect it in the dashboard.
This is the metric sheet that I was created to add here the % complete for each.
Appreciate your support.

The most straightforward route would be using a cell link to pull the % Complete from the Project Plan over to the Metrics Sheet.

OK, How I can do that ?
