When a date is reached

Hi all, i am trying to use the Automation feature to send a weekly reminder email to 'specific people' using the 'When a date is reached' trigger.

However the test reminder i have setup for myself i can't seem to get this running. Is this because there is no specific cell value within the smartsheet that is prompting the workflow to run?

I think it must be simple i am missing, but havent managed to spot it after a few sessions trying.

Ensure that you've checked the Sheet Change Notification Settings box to Include my changes in sheet notifications in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner).
