Highlight cells without hyperlinks

Hi,

I would like to highlight parent rows if the text is not hyperlinked. Hyperlinks will mostly point to other business tools (Confluence for example).

Attaching a screenshot:

• "Project 1" row is not highlighted because it's hyperlinked
• "Project 2" row is highlighted because it's not hyperlinked. NOTE: if there are child rows, they do not need to be hyperlinked and are not affected by conditional formatting rule
• "Project 4" is not highlighted because it's hyperlinked. Child rows should not be affected by conditional formatting

Is there a formula that I can use?

You would have to include something in the display text to indicate that it is a hyperlink.
