Looking for suggestions

Hello all!

I'm looking for suggestions,

I have just created a sheet to keep track of our employee absences.

What we need is something to count the SICK calls per colleague. Our plan is when colleagues reaches 20 sick calls, notifications are sent to management for follow up. 

At which point we conduct a meeting with such colleague, and then the count resets once a completion date is entered

The issue is, we hire new colleagues every week, so the list of people is never the same.


I'm thinking some sort or summary sheet or report is the best open,

Can you use a formula to populate a colleagues name and then how many times they appear on the sheet after a consecutive date?
